Ground rules
- · Tier activation uses a 7-day TWAP from an allowlisted oracle.
- · Fail-closed: stale oracle answers freeze tier state.
- · Unlocks are one-way: tiers do not deactivate if price falls.
- · Every unlock ships behind a 48h timelock with public preview.
- · $RISE is never required to deposit, withdraw, or claim.
- · Rise Score is non-financial reputation, not a security.
